INSULATION AND PLASTER FINISH (perfect background for home cinema projection)
Includes framing out interior walls and ceiling with 48mm x 76mm (approx) timber at 450mm centres, installation of insulation, 900mm x1800mm plasterboard lining, external angle beads and 5mm plaster finish.
Installation to 4m x 4m cabin, materials fully inclusive

HEATING
We prefer the use of under floor heating in a log cabin as this spreads the heat across the floor and rises evenly making it a more efficient system than a wall mounted heater. However, we can supply panel heaters if they are your preferred choice.
Under floor heating supplied and installed in a 4m x 4m cabin will cost £1056.00 (£66.00 per square metre) + £65.00 for the electronic thermostat.

LAMINATE FLOOR
We offer a range of real wood and laminate flooring. The price given below is for a good quality laminate priced at £10.00 per square metre on a 16 square metre floor (4m x 4m).
Supply of laminate: £160.00
Fitting: £184.00 (£11.50 per square metre)
TOTAL £344.00

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Our standard electrical installation includes 4 way RCD consumer unit, two double sockets, 1 gang light switch, standard pendant light, PIR outdoor light, up to 25 metres of armoured cabling from domestic mains to cabin (surface mounted) and Part P certification.
COST £660.00

Extra sockets, phone line, internet connection and our extensive range of LED and premium indoor and outdoor lighting systems can be installed at cost.
Installation price does not include any groundwork for laying armoured cable below surface, if required this will be quoted for separately after a survey of the site.



GARDEN BAR
Traditional or contemporary we have the bar for you, with a range of accessories from bar stools to drinks chillers we can create the perfect venue for your alfresco entertaining.



TECHNOLOGY
Security systems, state of the art home cinema and surround sound audio, internet access and ambient lighting are all available for installation by our team of part P certified electrical fitters.
